Hiring Process

Please call, email or complete our online enquiry form, letting us know your requirements and enabling us to answer your questions, check on availability etc.

Once we have confirmed the dates and the motorhome availability, we will ask you to complete our Driving Licence and Insurance forms, to ensure your eligibility for hire. We will also send you our Motorhome Returns Policy for you to sign and return to us.
We will require two proofs of address, dated within the last 3 months, along with your driving licence(s). We will also require your National Insurance number(s) to carry out our Driving Licence checks via the DVLA website.
Your booking is not confirmed until these documents have been submitted and approved.

Once you have completed our forms and we have confirmed your eligibility, we will ask you for your initial £250 deposit (non-refundable) or your full balance (if your trip is booked within six weeks of departure).
We will email you to confirm the amount due along with our bank details.

Your balance is due. We require the full balance of your booking to be paid (if not already) via bank transfer. We require a £1000 security deposit, which must be paid 48 hours before collection.
Depending on when you made your booking, we may need to update your proofs of address and carry out an additional driving licence check(s) to ensure nothing has changed since your booking was made.

Prior to your trip, we will agree a time and date for vehicle collection from our storage facility. A comprehensive handover will be carried out and we will provide you with a manual to assist you on your travels. Should you need us, we are at the end of the phone to help and advise.
On returning the vehicle to the storage facility, we will meet you to complete the returns process and highlight any damage or missing items.
Your £1000 security deposit will be refunded within 3 working days*
